Great Video Maker ("GVM") offers a 30-Day warranty and 1-Year limited warranty for all products manufactured and sold by GVM. Warranty begins when from the date of purchase. The above warranties cover only defects arising under normal use and do not include malfunctions or failures resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, alteration, problems with electrical power, usage not in accordance with product instructions, acts of nature, or improper installation or repairs made by anyone other than GVM or a GVM authorized third-party service provider. GVM reserves the right to substitute functionally equivalent new or serviceable used parts.

30-Day Return:

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with a GVM product you are able to return it within 30-Days from the purchase day to get a full refund on your purchase.

Please make sure to Contact Us before sending back any equipment for a refund.

30-Day Warranty:

If you receive a defective product or the product becomes defective under normal use, within 30-Days of the purchase date, you are able to send your product to one of our warehouses for repair or a replacement unit (depending on status of defective unit) will be shipped to you. All shipping costs will be covered.

Please Contact Us before sending any equipment for warranty repair.

1-Year Limited Warranty:

If a product becomes defective under normal use, beyond 30-Days but within 1-Year from the purchase date, you are able to send your product to one of our warehouses for repair or a replacement unit (depending on status of defective unit) will be shipped to you.

Shipping cost for product to warehouse must be paid by customer. Shipping cost for repaired unit/replacement unit to the customer will be covered.

Expired Warranty:
