I didn’t do that much research on these, but they looked good from the blurb on Amazon. So I got two. I was not prepared for the adjust-ability and ease of use. They are light in weight, appear to be well made and seem to function properly. The smartphone networking features worked right out of the box and amused me to no end. These lights are replacing several big other lights I have. They are a big space savings for my small video “studio.”

My reviews on my camera equipment purchases ¡°focus¡± on product details or functions not listed on the product page and that can only be known from using the product. I want to help others who may be considering this product for their lighting or photography setups.
My product demonstration and story mode videos required a set of RGB lighting that could use the standard lighting poles for mobility or offsite location video shoots.
Items and accessories used for this review that are not included with this GVM 800D RGB lighting bundle are 2 GVM NP-570 sony type batteries, my iphone XR, and a weighted bag for tripod / aluminum lighting stands.
The lights have a LED panel of 8 inches by 8 inches. If you leave the attached barn doors – directional lighting panels then you get a 7 1/2 inch wide by 6 1/2 inch high rectangle panel. The barn doors arrive attached to the lights and can be removed with a L hex tool or by turning the round bolt heads. This size panel still provides plenty of brightness to paint the background with light or create an illuminated setting with the special modes.
These lights offer 4 different methods to control the settings of both panels.
ROTATE: The first mode is for manual setting on each light by using the rotating knobs, hence the name ROTATE. The BRR or brightness knob is 0-100 while the right knob also pushes in to cycle through the 3 settings for HUE/SAT/CCT.
MASTER/SLAVE: This setting allows you to setup control of multiple units by channel using RF radio frequency. I tested the range and it starts to lose signal or not change as quickly when you pass the 20 feet mark and using line of sight. This is more than enough distance to place behind a backdrop or around a vehicle for changing your light settings without having to visit each light like in ROTATE mode. For my testing the MASTER light was set to the same channel and was powered by the included 15v adapter and the slave was two batteries. This is usually how I record with an outlet or power strip for the main video equipment and go cordless for lighting away from the camera. I only purchased the 800D- RGB 2 pack so I could not test changing the MASTER channel to control 2 additional lights with each on separate channels.
WIFI Mode: In this product test I set the Wifi Mode channel to 1 and second light panel to SLAVE with same channel 1. This requires you to download the GVM_EASY app for your smart phone and connect to the GVM_LED wifi ssid on your phone. My test was using app version 1.9 on my iphone XR with ios 13.4.1 I discovered that I can change the lights to be different colors by setting my first light to WiFi with channel 1 and set the second light to SLAVE channel 2. To do this I roll the channel number wheel on the app to 2 and I control the slave light settings for CCT,SAT, and BRG. But when I roll back to Channel 1 I am only adjusting the setting for the light with setting WiFi Channel 1. The Channel 2 light remains at on the light settings I previously selected on the app. If I leave the color wheel and three setting sliders to their settings from Channel 1 and roll to Channel 2, both lights immediately change to the same settings from Channel 1, so be mindful when using the app and channel tip.
As with all my GVM video and lighting equipment this set comes with the durable molded black case with a velcro wrap to keep the two carrying handles together. A bright white GVM Great Video Maker logo appears on one side so Remember to lay this case flat with logo facing up. This way when you unzipped the case the lights will be on the bottom in their molded spots and the stands with cords will be on top.

You’re probably buying these for the RGB capabilities, but they are surprisingly very accurate for all video lighting.
I tested with my Sekonic C-800 and got the following:

If you don’t know what all this means, just trust me since I do. These lights perform as well or better than non-RGB lights that costs 4-5x as much, which shocked me. I expected them to be ok for RGB usage, but they really are one of the best all-around small LED panels out there.

My hat is off to GVM on this 800bead count LED!! The settings are very precise to achieve the perfect lighting for many situations, so the lights have almost an unlimited amount of options to achieve the perfect look you imagine. There is an app that has control points so you can get the numbers to program into your camera to make the perfect Iris.
The kit comes with Barn doors, two adjustable sturdy tripods , a light diffuser, power cord and it gets better. There are optional battery inputs for outdoor shoots as well if you’re on the the go (those are sold separately) I have to say I love the fact that they put this in as an option GVM really went all out on these in the overall performance and flexibility it offers in composing your shots!
The set comes with a soft carrying case and is very light and comfortable to carry. It¡¯s made for convenience, easy set up, and best of all accessibility during outdoor and indoor shoots. GVM really thought about what filmmakers go through and this kit is so impressive for any shot, parties and/or events. There are some preset modes that do these effects (mimicking broken light bulb, a TV screen, police car’s lights,paparazzi, and even a thunder storm mode. Which will save you a lot of time in the editing room.

This is a really great upgrade to my photo and video lighting needs. The pair of GVM RGB 800D has a ton of features, I’m just blown away by the value and uses I’ve found for them so far. I do a little photo work, video production, and even have been using these to enhance my remote work/video call lighting for a dim office – it really makes a difference there and I didn’t see that bonus coming until I set them up.
First off, the kit comes in a really nice carrying case that appears to be ready for some serious transport without damage. There’s a bunch of stuff in there, so the nice handled case makes for a pro look when shooting remote. You basically get 2 800D RBG lights, 2 power supplies, and 2 stands in the little suitcase. They took about 3 minutes to unpack, plug in and mount on the stands. Super easy. The stands are sturdy, around 6 feet plus the light on top – plenty of adjustments in between.
You can use the lights individually, setting everything on the back of each (all of the settings are in the product description – so I won’t duplicate those) and the dials and buttons are simple to use. A quick switch to primary/replica mode on the back makes it super easy to control both with the primary light – no setup needed, no wifi, nothing. Just works out of the box using IR between the lights. Love that feature. From there you can do a ton of other things including installing the GVM Easy app (I used the Android version in the Play Store) and control the pair from your phone. There are also a bunch of preset disco/lightning/flash bulb/party/police/etc. modes that are going to have my kids getting some fun out of these things too – another bonus (or might be perfect for the live entertainment folks out there). Can’t wait to order some batteries for these and take them remote for some shoots where lighting will make all the diff. Color accuracy is pretty amazing, seriously this is one of the best values for the price I have in my growing set of photo/video gear. I added these 2 lights to a GVM non RGB one that I love and my only problem now is wanting to replace my old stuff with more of these… soon haha. Hope that helps!

The first thing you need for photography is good light, one of the most important things to take with you after your camera is a top-notch light.
Now, I know what you¡¯re thinking – using artificial lights is expensive and time-consuming and difficult to learn.
Back in the day using artificial lights was expensive and time-consuming and yet difficult to learn and the lights were big and heavy.
But these days, there are all kinds of portable, and affordable lights for photographers.
Add visual interest and drama with any color of the spectrum using these amazing GVM 800D RGB lights, these come equipped with 252 led beads of warm and cold color. And 252 pieces of red, green and blue RGB lamps creates an adjustable color light for different types of shots

The lights work well. I use them, with some diffuser boxes on them, for my zoom video teaching.
First of all, they memorize their state. So if you don’t want much fuss, just plug them in a switched outlet, and turn them on from there. They will continue exactly as when switched off.
Let me share the experience with the app. The app seems to control the lights better than the buttons.
You first set the lights. You put the first on “WiFi”, the second one on “slave”. Make sure they have the same channel. They create a WiFi network called GVM_LED.
Switch your phone WiFi to GVM_LED (this is good, since it means GVM won’t communicate with who knows what outside) put in the password from the user guide, open the app, make sure that the app and the lights are on the same channel.
You may wait a long time if not forever in your iPod or phone UNLESS you reset the connection.
This makes sense since things look for other things after a reset. That explains why some people report here that they only managed to connect the first time.
So in the menu you push the red “Exit System”. That’s crucial.
After that, you push in the same menu “Switch Device” and choose the RGB lights.
This was the reset. After that, the app connects fast.
You may need to go through this again if the lights are switched off or your phone powers down. Don’t forget the “switch off” part.
After you make the light adjustments, unless you want to change the settings live, just can use the switched power strip method, as the lights will remember their state.

Absolute love these lights, I returned a $60 pair and decided to spend a bit more, my budget was $200 so went for the GVM, so far perfect, I bought the batteries which cost another $100 for 4 and charger, lasts about 5 hours on 2 batteries per light.. Note they will not RUN on 1 battery alone.. Would defo buy again

These video lights have changed my video and picture quality. I got the set of two but I saw there¡¯s sets of three available as well. They come in a carry case so they are portable and convenient to transport white doing photoshoots at locations too. They have built-in light modes like party, bad bulb, paparazzi, etc. There is a setting for master and slave where I only have to tune the settings on one light and the other video panel automatically adjusts to the same settings. It¡¯s pretty neat so I don¡¯t have to repeat and spend extra time doing so. The color temperature goes from 3200K to 5600K so I can easily set the mood of my photoshotos with these light panels. My husband prefers to control the lights using the app rather than the controls behind the panels and the app functions seamlessly as well. All I needed is included in this kit. Well built and quality lights.????

I’m a fan of GVM and own several off their products. As a pro videographer, I’ve owned and heavily used three 480LS lights for mobile productions over nearly 2 years. While properly cared for, they have seen a tough working life! I primarily purchased the 800D’s for their RGB functionality to add accent/fill/creative lighting. The 800D is identical in size and layout to the 480LS light heads, which are fantastically small for travel and mobile setups. The 800D has very similar power output to the 480LS which is more than ample for my interview/talking head shots as a key/fill/hair. Then the fun begins with the RGB options. The lights are easy to control once you figure out the menu order to access all of the features. I won’t comment on the APP as I have never used it (I’m the type to manually set everything so I’m sure what the settings are. The 800D has great saturation and hue controls. Don’t expect a light head of this size to wash an entire room with color, other than subtle. For nicely colored accent/fills/specific wash shots, these really shine. The Scene special effects are a little gimmicky, but offer some fun for specific shots you might want to incorporate into a production. All-in-all, GVM comes through again with a very good product.

Having thousands of dollars worth of professional lighting (Lowell, Kino-Flo, etc.), I was looking for a low-heat, portable lighting system. The GVM RGB LED lighting has been a nice surprise. Not withstanding the reasonable cost, these lights provide quality lighting with flexibility in color temperature and intensity control when used in an appropriate setting. In a reasonably-sized studio or on-location shoot, the GVM LED’s provide adequate key and fill lighting. They put out approximately 50% of the light output of my Lowell Rifa 1000W softbox without the heat generated by halogen lamps. They weigh a fraction of my Kino-Flo 4′ 4-bulb system with faster speed of set-up. While I would not directly compare them to the Rifa’s or Kino-Flo’s, they fill a need for portability, light weight, low-heat and flexibility that meets the needs of many shooting situations, if used with proper lighting techniques. The RGB color effects have some interesting uses for background lighting.

I have a YouTube channel (It’s Simply Yanna) and these lights are PERFECT for recording hair tutorials, makeup, EVERYTHING! I use one light as a background with the light facing the wall behind me instead of spending so much time trying to put up different background papers and the other as my key light. My favorite feature has to be the ¡°master/slave¡± sync. I found the app to be cumbersome, but the master/slave experience is awesome. I’ve no experience with the app, since I only use it for still photo shoots. Tripods, cables, and lights all fit in the provided case. I wouldn’t check the case as baggage on an airline, but it’s plenty durable for moving everything to and from locations. Configuring settings via the rear controls is simple. If you’re planning on using these outside, you may want to consider upgrading the tripods or getting some sandbags, as at max height(over 6′), they could blow over.

I decided to buy these lights and give this brand a try as it seems affordable and has the RGB capabilities and scene effects I usually need.Happy to say that everything worked as advertised and the app was easy to get up and running.I found no issues with the quality of the light, these are great for small crews because they’re not heavy, they pair quickly with apps, and you can adjust color temperature, tint, brightness, and special scenes from your phone.My only downside is that they’re not crazy, if I’m shooting in a bigger space, I’d need more punch. Considering their size and price, the quality it offers is still a good deal.I’m a fan of this brand now and will probably consider buying the 1200D for more lighting power.

The ability to change the frequency of light by turning the knob vrs to insert a filter is great on its own, but having a continuous frequency change instead of just the filter hard stop frequency is really useful. The lights can also be operated by batteries or alternating current. This makes it very easy to set up without having to worry about us routing the AC line’s power. I’ve been a commercial photographer for 40 years and can tell you these little lights are great for desk work. I’ve always liked to use continuous lighting, but almost always use strobe lighting because continuous lighting produces so much heat. These are super cool. Also, any minor repairs to my strobe light outweigh the three light kits for these LED lights. You can’t beat that. There was a small problem with one of the lights when I received them, but it was replaced with no problem and shipped the same day! ! ! I will buy another set as my product setup usually requires more lights. Please rest assured to buy!

I sell plants on Etsy and even shoot in a greenhouse where the light isn’t always ideal, especially in winter. This is when I bring my studio lights. The GVM 800-D replaces basic studio lights and boy, what a big upgrade. I like that you can adjust the temperature using the digital readout on the back. This is very important depending on the time of year or the location of the shoot. The dimmer is also great, but it only moves in 5% increments. This might take some time, so I’ll just keep it on the higher end. The only complaint is the carrying case/protective bag. It’s a bit of a pain to put it in, but I rarely use it anyway.

The RGB and LED lights work well with controls on the back of each light, and apps with limited functionality. Others said they were unhappy because the barn door wouldn’t open when it was mounted on a tripod. Instead of mounting vertically, they have a through hole in the collar so they can be mounted horizontally. Installing them this way will give the user more flexibility and get the most out of the barn door. I will be ordering another set in the near future.

Really great price. The only thing you can say about this set is that the light stands are a bit low budget, but if you use them mostly in your studio (or home studio/garage/whatever) they are fine. If you’re at the fence, get off the fence and get these lights.Side note, if you’re throwing a party or just like general colored lights, these also have a party mode where the lights just flash different colors, which is pretty cool.

For the price, these lights are great. I do short documentary interviews that fit the bill perfectly. Their power won’t blind anyone, but I shoot mostly indoors, and for white light settings I usually use 50% brightness. For a splash of color, I did increase it to 75-100%, depending on the color.
Bluetooth is almost useless. Using the knob on the back requires less effort than using the app, since you can only connect one light at a time.
But the knob is easy. I usually need less than 5 minutes to configure them for any scene I want.

Happy to say that everything worked as advertised and the app was easy to get up and running.
I found no issues with the quality of the light, these are great for small crews because they’re not heavy, they pair quickly with apps, and you can adjust color temperature, tint, brightness, and special scenes from your phone.
My only downside is that they’re not crazy, if I’m shooting in a bigger space, I’d need more punch. Considering their size and price, the quality it offers is still a good deal.

I purchased this light set about a year and a half ago and have taken it on over 60 shoots. It has been a great light source for interviews. These lights may be compact but they really can light up a room. There has never been a time where I’ve had to use the lights at 100% (it goes from 0-100 in intensity). Anywhere between 34 and 45 has worked for me. I REALLY like that fact that you have the option of using it with batteries or a power outlet. The set up is easy and the packaging is nice. I will say, if using these lights outdoors, grab a few sand bags to hold the stand the lights sit on.
I’ve used the RGB function as up lights a few times and for what I was using it for, it worked perfectly. I would highly recommend getting this product.
Also, their customer service is great. Recently, I had an issue with the lights and reached out to GVM about the problem and within 24 hours everything was resolved.

I bought two sets. I bought the first one to use as lighting for a church youth group room. I like that the lights are RGB so I can set the colors to match our graphics. Super easy to use, we could set it up in 5 minutes. I also rented a photo studio and found that some of my guests could benefit from continuous lighting for their photos and videos, so I bought another kit! A few months after I bought it, one of the power cords seems to have shorted out and won’t work. I emailed GVM’s customer support a copy of the B&H receipt and they mailed me a replacement line! Very happy with this kit or GVM support!

However, I think at this price point, even if they only last a few shots, they’re worth a try. They’re much brighter than I expected, and they feel pretty solid. The included stand is also durable enough for frequent use. I’ve used them 10 times so far and I haven’t had any issues. I mainly use them for the two-color function, but use the RGB function to add color to the background of some photos and it works great! Switching between the two functions is very easy and the controls are very intuitive!

Mainly use these lights for audition videos. Small enough to pack in a suitcase and take to another location. Powerful enough to illuminate almost any situation where one or two people are the main focus. GVM is really killing the game with their LED products. This light is fantastic. It can be plugged in using battery power or using the provided adapter. But the battery is not included. The lamps have a temperature range of 3200 to 5600K and can also produce rainbow colour options using the controls on the back or using the GVM app. The light includes a strip door to help control the light patterns. With a few Sony batteries, I can use the light all day without worrying about running out of power. Another important feature of LED lights is that they generate very little heat.

The only downside for me is that with the softbox installed, the light can’t be tilted down far enough, but I’ve been able to fix it so far. Also, the shade might look a little shaky, but that can be fixed by adding extra diffusing gel.

We use it for streaming and photography, party and disco setups are great for online DJing. No matter what lighting your photos require, it has all the settings you need. I’ve shown the versatility of this light many times. I’ve achieved dramatic effects in my videos using RGB settings (purple, blue, yellow, red), and I’ve used variations of white for key/fill lighting in various scenes. wifi control is good. That said, it’s also pretty easy to adjust light settings using the light controls. I used the lights with the included power adapter and generic NP-F batteries.

I sell plants on Etsy and even shoot in a greenhouse where the light isn’t always ideal, especially in winter. This is when I bring my studio lights. The GVM 800-D replaces basic studio lights and boy, what a big upgrade. I like that you can adjust the temperature using the digital readout on the back. This is very important depending on the time of year or the location of the shoot. The dimmer is also great, but it only moves in 5% increments. This might take some time, so I’ll just keep it on the higher end. The only complaint is the carrying case/protective bag. It’s a bit of a pain to put it in, but I rarely use it anyway.

Let me start off by saying that this lamp is awesome. It has a good power output and, if used properly, can provide a nice soft light. The question is how to gradually increase the light. These lights are added in 5% increments. This causes problems when you go from the bottom of the range to the initial 5% or from 95% to 100%. At that point, the LEDs are nothing, so when the color temperature is heated up at the top of the range, the white LEDs simply turn off, producing a huge orange change, and the same low end goes blue. 5% increments make it hard on all fronts, as the RGB side at the top of the range also changes color intensity very drastically.

This video light will be a great addition to my photography studio (I am writing this as a beginner photographer). The light comes in a nice carrying case and is easy to set up. There is no stand for this particular light, which is what I personally own. There are eight different modes to suit your needs. For each mode, the light intensity can be from 0 to 100%. The time for disco and party modes can be adjusted directly on the back of the light or on the app.

When I opened my package, I was already impressed. The GVM 800D-RGB LED light is secured in a padded zippered case with handles for easy portability. Inside the case there is a mesh for the charger/power cable to keep it safe in the carrying case. The light itself is actually in another box inside the suitcase! A beautiful velvet drawstring pouch that fits easily into larger cases. The quality of the lights is very good. light. The instruction manual is easy to understand. The controls on the back of the light itself are easy to read, and you can actually download an app to control the lights on your phone! The light can be attached to a stand or just propped up. If you’re looking to take your videos/photos up a notch, this is the product for you!

I’ve been a commercial photographer for 40 years and can tell you these little lights are great for desk work. I’ve always liked to use continuous lighting, but almost always use strobe lighting because continuous lighting produces so much heat. These are super cool. Also, any minor repairs to my strobe light outweigh the three light kits for these LED lights. You can’t beat that. There was a small problem with one of the lights when I received them, but it was replaced with no problem and shipped the same day! ! ! I will buy another set as my product setup usually requires more lights. Please rest assured to buy!

For the price, these lights are great. I do short documentary interviews that fit the bill perfectly. Their power won’t blind anyone, but I shoot mostly indoors, and for white light settings I usually use 50% brightness. For a splash of color, I did increase it to 75-100%, depending on the color.
Bluetooth is almost useless. Using the knob on the back requires less effort than using the app, since you can only connect one light at a time.
But the knob is easy. I usually need less than 5 minutes to configure them for any scene I want.

Very affordable and portable lighting kit. Very easy to install and remove when traveling. The RGB and LED lights work well with controls on the back of each light, and apps with limited functionality. Others said they were unhappy because the barn door wouldn’t open when it was mounted on a tripod. Instead of mounting vertically, they have a through hole in the collar so they can be mounted horizontally. Installing them this way will give the user more flexibility and get the most out of the barn door. I will be ordering another set in the near future.

With thousands of dollars worth of professional lighting equipment (Lowell, Kino-Flo, etc.), I was looking for a low heat portable lighting system. The GVM RGB LED lighting is amazing. Although affordable, when used in the right environment, these lamps provide high-quality lighting with flexibility in color temperature and intensity control. In moderately sized studio or location shoots, GVM LEDs provide ample key and fill lighting. They put out about 50% of the light output of my Lowell Rifa 1000W softbox without the heat from the halogen lamps. They are a fraction of the weight of my Kino-Flo 4′ 4 bulb system and are quicker to install. While I wouldn’t directly compare them to the Rifa or Kino-Flo, they meet the need for portability, light weight, low heat, and flexibility for many shooting situations when used with the proper lighting technology. RGB color effects have some interesting uses for background lighting.

I have no experience with the app as I only use it for still photo shooting. Tripods, cables and lights can all fit into the housing provided. I wouldn’t check the box as luggage for airline inspection, but it’s very durable and can move everything in and out of place. Configuring settings via the rear controls is simple. If you plan to use these outdoors, you may want to consider upgrading a tripod or buying some sandbags, as at their maximum height (over 6 feet) they can get blown over.

Let me share my experience with the app. The app seems to control lights better than buttons. You set up the lights first. You put the first one on “WiFi” and the second one on “Slave”. Make sure they have the same channel. They created a WiFi network called GVM_LED. Switch the phone wifi to GVM_LED (which is good because it means the GVM won’t communicate with whoever knows outside) enter the password from the user guide, open the app, make sure the app and the light are on the same channel. Unless you reset the connection, you’ll probably be waiting a long time in your iPod or phone. This makes sense because things look for other things after a reset. This explains why some people here report that they are only connecting successfully for the first time.

Instead of spending a lot of time trying to place different background files, I use one light for the background, with the light facing the wall behind me, and the other light as my main light. I’m a fan of GVM and own several of their products. As a professional videographer, I have owned and heavily used three 480LS lights for mobile productions for almost 2 years. While being properly cared for, they also endured a tough working life! I mainly bought the 800D’s RGB capabilities to add accents/fills/creative lighting. The 800D is the same size and layout as the 480LS light head, making it very small for travel and mobile setups. The power output of the 800D is very similar to the 480LS, which is more than enough for my interviews/talk head shots as key/fill/hair. Then the fun begins with the RGB options. The lights are easy to control once you’ve settled on the menu sequence to access all functions. I won’t review the APP as I’ve never used it (I’m the type to set everything manually so I’m sure what the settings are. The 800D has excellent saturation and hue control. Don’t expect a bald head this size to be washable with color The whole room, not subtle. For nicely colored accents/fills/specific wash shots, these really shine. The scene effects are a bit gimmicky, but provide some fun for specific shots you might want to incorporate into the production. All in all, GVM again Launched a very good product.

Like all of my GVM video and lighting gear, the set comes with a durable molded black case with a Velcro wrap that holds the two handles together. The bright white GVM Great Video Maker logo appears on one side, so remember to lay this case flat with the logo facing up. That way, when you unzip the case, the light will be at the bottom of its molded point, and the bracket with the wires will be at the top.

These lights have an 8″ x 8″ LED panel. If you leave the attached barn door – directional lighting panel, then you get a rectangular panel that is 7 1/2″ wide x 6 1/2″ high. The barn door is attached to the light and can be removed with an L hex tool or by turning the round bolt head. A panel of this size still offers plenty of brightness to paint backgrounds with light or use special modes to create lighting setups.

You can use the lights individually, set everything up on the back of each light (all the settings are in the product description – so I won’t repeat those), and the dials and buttons are easy to use. Quickly switch to master/duplicate mode on the back for very easy control with the master light – no setup, no wifi, nothing. Just use IR between lights to work out of the box. Love that feature. From there you can do a lot of other things, including installing the GVM Easy app (I used the Android version from the Play Store) and controlling the pair from your phone. There’s also a bunch of presets for disco/lightning/flash/party/police/etc. The modes will also allow my kids to have some fun with these things – another bonus (or maybe perfect for live entertainers).

The kit comes in a very nice carrying case that seems to be able to do some serious shipping without damage. There’s a lot of stuff inside, so this well-handled case makes you look professional when shooting remotely. You basically get 2 800D RBG lights, 2 power supplies and 2 brackets in a small carrying case. It took them about 3 minutes to unpack, insert and install on the stand. Super easy. The stand is sturdy, about 6 feet, plus the light on top – lots of adjustment in between.

This was a really nice upgrade for my photo and video lighting needs. This pair of GVM RGB 800Ds has a lot going for it, I’m just blown away by the value I’ve found for them so far. I’ve done some photo work, video production, and have even been using these to enhance my remote work/video call lighting for dimly lit offices – it’s really important, I don’t see it until I set them up The bonus is coming.

These lights perform as well or better than non-RGB lights and cost 4-5 times as much, which blows my mind. I wish they were good for RGB use, but they really are one of the best all-around small LED panels out there.
