Warranty

Great Video Maker (“GVM”) offers a 30-day warranty and 1-year limited warranty for all products manufactured and sold by GVM. Warranty begins when from the date of purchase. The above warranties cover only defects arising under normal use and do not include malfunctions or failures resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, alteration, problems with electrical power, usage not in accordance with product instructions, acts of nature, or improper installation or repairs made by anyone other than GVM or a GVM authorized third-party service provider. GVM reserves the right to substitute functionally equivalent new or serviceable used parts.

Easy 30-Day Return Policy

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to GVM within 30 days of the delivery date, subject to the conditions and exclusions below. You may initiate a return or exchange.


If your original item included free items, you must return all associated items for a full refund; the retail value of any free items you keep will be deducted from your reimbursement total.

For returns and exchanges due to the buyer’s fault, the return shipping costs will be borne by the buyer; for items that are damaged and returned or exchanged due to the seller’s fault, the return shipping costs will be borne by the seller.

1-Year Limited Warranty

If a product becomes defective under normal use, beyond 30 days but within 1 year from the purchase date, you are able to send your product to one of our warehouses for repair or a replacement unit (depending on the status of the defective unit) will be shipped to you.

Shipping costs for products to the warehouse must be paid by the customer. Shipping costs for the repaired unit/replacement unit to the customer will be covered.

Eligibility Conditions

Please read conditions below. If all conditions are not met, GVM reserves the right to refuse the return or to charge a minimum 15% restocking fee. All returned items must be in new condition, in their original unaltered box (including an intact UPC code) and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, accompanying free items and accessories. The retail value of any free items you keep will be deducted from your reimbursement total. GVM can only refund the original purchase price. Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable.

Non-Returnable Conditions

  • Request after 30 days from delivery date.
  •  Products sent to GVM for return and refund service do not include all original accessories, accessories or packaging, or any item that is not new or like new, i.e. has cracks, dents or scratches.
  • Failure to provide legal proof of purchases, receipts or invoices, or to reasonably believe to be forged or tampered with.
  • Any malfunction or damage to the product is caused by unauthorized use or modification of the product, including moisture, entry of foreign objects (water, oil, sand, etc.) or improper installation or operation.
  • Product labels, serial numbers, waterproof signs, etc. have signs of tampering or alteration. Product damage is caused by uncontrollable external factors, including fire, flood, high wind or lightning strike.

Refunds & Credits

Once we receive and inspect your item(s), we will credit your account. Please allow 7-10 days for a credit to appear on your account. In most cases, we will issue your refund in the same way you made the original purchase. If payment was made by check, the refund check will be issued no sooner than 10 business days after the date of purchase.
