The video light is 60W high power, 11200lux/0.5m, 3600lux/1m, composed of 752 LED beads, ultra high color rendering index 97+ to restore and enrich the color of light objects, to provide you with a natural video shooting effect.

Multiple modes, full color adjustable
CCT mode: white light color temperature adjustment mode, which can adjust light intensity and color temperature. The CCT (Correlated Color temperature) mode allows accurate adjustment of the color temperature from a comfortable warm color of 3200K to a deep sky blue of 5600K to match any lighting conditions, such as the warm tones of a terrible sunset, the cool tones of bright sunlight in summer or the blue moonlight in a clear dark sky. The green/magenta correction feature in CCT mode allows fine tuning matching with other HMI, LED or fluorescent lamps, or precise color balance for different camera sensors.
HSI Mode: HSI Color mode allows collaboration by intuitively selecting specific colors and fine-tuning the brightness and light intensity of the colors. Adjustable hue, saturation, light intensity, (HSI= hue, saturation, light intensity), to achieve 36 million color adjustable.

Solid construction and practical design

The GVM-880RS provides a smooth, even beam field by combining the latest wide beam, true-tone SMD LEDS and diffuser plates. The large surface area of the panel produces a bright, wraparound output with clean, soft shadows that act as meterlight on the subject.
Intuitive user interface
The GVM-880RS uses an intuitive panel control interface to operate lamps easily and quickly. The digital display displays all useful information for users to adjust and customize the desired values.
The two large selection knobs can be easily handled (even with gloves on) to fine tune the desired parameters.
Hd LCD display in real time
Clear LCD screen can display lamp brightness, color temperature, power status, excellent heat dissipation design let you work continuously. Various light fittings
Detachable thermoplastic diffusion filters soften the beam and smooth the shadows.
Optional 4 – piece folding can be used to control light propagation and reduce light overflow.
Optional inner tank soft light box can be used to enhance the panel output. By adding forward diffusion to the soft light box, the panel becomes a wider soft light source. The honeycomb front layer can be used to narrow the beam Angle and reduce spillage.

There are no wires connected to the lamp itself. It will sync with the master no matter what technology they employ. You can use the app to adjust everything, but I just use the panel controls to adjust them. These have all types of settings to choose from. Great for live video recording. I am very impressed with this kit.

I used these lights in place of my current softbox setup for video lighting and I’m so frustrated I didn’t do this sooner. Softbox lights are very limited (fixed brightness/color temperature) and require either physically replacing the bulb or moving the entire light stand closer or farther to resolve these issues. until today!

About build quality. The panels are mostly metal construction that acts as a heat sink to help dissipate heat from the panels, so no fans are needed, making these panels quiet. Any video shooter will immediately realize how great the advantage of silent lighting is.

You don’t have to sacrifice internet connection on your phone/tablet when using mobile app controls. The application is very simple and easy to use. If you don’t want to use the app, you can always use the master/slave functionality built into these lights. Simply make one panel the master panel and the others as slave panels, and any changes you make to the master panel will be reflected on the other panel almost immediately. This is a function I use a lot.

In these latest versions of the panels, GVM has ditched WIFI in favor of Bluetooth, and I’m very happy. On the one hand, the GVM II application can be connected to the panel almost immediately.

light output. These suction cups emit some serious light, and each panel is rated at 60 watts (similar to the Godox SL60) and puts out 11,200 lux at 0.5 meters. So if you use all 3 panels in this kit for something like a triple header, as I show in the photo, you’ll have 180W. Keep in mind that this will also be a larger light source than the Godox SL150.

First, I’ve been running these lights for a few hours and I’ve seen the color change. In fact, these panels have superb color accuracy at 97CRI. Just a few years ago, such color accurate LED chips/bulbs cost a lot more to install into panels in this price range. It looks like the prices of those have come down and now you have a “budget” priced light board with very good color accuracy.

The first is color quality. A lot of companies tend to overdrive the LEDs in the panels, and what happens is that after the lights are on for a while, you start getting a green or magenta change. So after an hour of use, you go from a 95 CRI panel to something like 90 or 80 CRI. As of 2021, with the latest version of GVM’s light board, I’m happy to say that GVM addresses almost all of these issues.

I love the mounting brackets that come with these. You can mount the lights upright (which is intuitive, or – mount them vertically on the ground – which allows for more movement in the flapper door. While the included light stand is good enough for novices, we will Our light stands are mounted on beautiful heavy duty c-stands as they will be used outdoors, at night and in a variety of situations. So – when on a 14′ c-stand it is definitely a huge plus to have this versatility .No other lights we have come this way.

We also have 5 Yongnuo lights, and while I love those, the exotic power supply coupled with the noisy fan makes me want to use these huge PITAs for audio-video projects (we’ll probably pick up 2-3 more The GVM lights completely replaced the other set), so these are absolutely great. No rowdy fans!

The app is okay, and while the master/slave setup is nice, we’re too particular about the color and brightness ratio – I think we’ll stick to manual control of the lights. A real remote would be better, although I haven’t tried the app too hard as I have other things to use with the ipad and phone. Made it easier for one of my assistants to adjust the lights.

We use them with some smaller RGB cubes, and this combination is great for shooting dark scenes. Using these lights, my camera took still images of this young man. I haven’t set up the backlight yet. These brightnesses are perfect for practical use, and you can control the lights in a controlled setting. For most small projects, they should be enough.

We do some video work but mostly photo work and these lights are perfect for most of our projects where we don’t want to use flash but need to illuminate the subject – even in daylight. Brightness and light temperature capabilities are absolutely essential.
