A versatile and easily controllable light source for streaming, outdoor, and studio shoots, the YU200R Bi-Color Studio Softlight LED Panel from GVM offers photographers and video professionals effective light control by utilizing high-CRI LEDs in a compact soft panel designed to deliver high performance at a wide beam angle of 180°. This light features stepless RGB color control from 0 to 360°, consistent brightness across its 2700-7500K temperature range, and seven customized lighting modes including HSI, source matching, CCT, and plenty of effects.
Though the light panel measures just 14.6 x 11.6″, it can output up to 250W and 21,000 lux at 1.6′ while running on universal 100 to 240 VAC or 24 to 33 VDC power such as an external battery (available separately). In addition to the rear-panel controls and standard DMX compatibility, a downloadable app allows you to control the fixture directly from your iOS/Android smartphone via Bluetooth.

YU200R’s new algorithm automatically calculates the appropriate power for different color temperatures and colors while adjusting the color temperature and color of various light beads. White light color temperature adjustment mode, adjustable light intensity and color temperature. CCT (Related Color Temperature) mode allows accurate color temperature adjustment from a comfortable warm color of 2700K to a dark sky blue of 7500K to match any lighting conditions, such as warm shades of a terrible sunset, cool shades of bright sunlight in summer, or blue moonlight in a clear, dark sky. Using the built-in industry standard DMX-512 interface, the GVM-YU300R can be integrated into more complex studio installations that require a standardized remote control method, such as news sets, talk shows or entertainment productions. The unit is equipped with two XLR-3P DMX ports (input/output – loop-through), allowing the panel to be connected to a DMX lighting console.
GVM-YU200R provides DMX control mode with 8bit precision and 16bit precision.

Gvm-yu200r uses intuitive panel control interface to operate lamps easily and quickly. The digital display displays all useful information for the user to adjust and customize the required values.

Active cooling system
Compared with traditional light sources, LED lamps have higher efficiency. However, LED light source will generate a lot of heat in some cases. Generally speaking, the colder the environment, the higher the light output of LED. Higher temperatures usually reduce the light output. Under warmer environment and higher current, the temperature of semiconductor components will rise. Under constant current, the light output of LED changes with the change of junction temperature. Good and efficient thermal management helps to reduce the heat accumulation inside and around the LED, so as to significantly prolong the service life of the LED, improve the light output of the LED and minimize the impact on the temperature of the shooting site.
Yu series adopts the design of multiple heat dissipation metal sheets and heat conduction copper tubes, which can greatly increase the contact area with air, maximize the heat transfer to the outside and improve the heat dissipation efficiency.
In addition, when the ambient temperature or the total heat generated by the LED is very high, we can increase the total heat from the equipment by forcing air through it. The dual fan system allows the air to form convection and maximize air circulation. At the same time, adding a fan has an additional advantage, that is, it can remove any concentration of static hot air (hot spot), so that the whole LED system can be maintained at a reasonable temperature for a long time.
Ultra quiet design
Adopting the well-designed mute system, gvm-yu series boldly introduces a new design, with built-in cooling ultra mute fan. The advantage of dual fan is that it can effectively cool down without high speed. When the light brightness is 100%, even if the two fans rotate at the same time, the noise will not exceed 40dB (when the ambient noise is ≤ 22dB), and the sound can hardly be heard. There is no need to adjust the lighting position to adapt to the noise.
